Product Review: The Holosync Solution
Posted By e_j_buster on 09/30/2011 at 12:37PM
For years, doctors have been trying to figure out a way to achieve the benefits of classic lobotomy operations, without the hassle and messiness of brain surgery. Fortunately, technology has finally given us the solution. With the Holosync series of CDs, you can now achieve 100% complacency WITHOUT surgery or drugs of any kind. Previously, this level of complacency was only achievable through messy lobotomy operations and/or prescription drugs. But now, thanks to Holosync, the only requirement is that you listen to these freaky sounding CDs for a few hours per week. The discs are carefully designed to alter brain functions, just like a lobotomy!
The CD that I am reviewing here is actually just a promotional disc. It was given to me by my friend (Walter), and it contains many testimonials from VERY MELLOW customers who have achieved amazing results using Holosync. These Holosync users are TOTALLY MELLOW. They are no longer bothered by any of the problems going on in the world: The official 9-11 story has been proved to be absurd? Who cares? With these discs, certainly not you. Our country is controlled by a network of criminals? So what? No longer will you be stressed out about these matters.
If you’ve been thinking about getting a lobotomy for yourself or for a loved one, but are squeamish about the idea of brain surgery, I recommend that you give Holosync a try, ASAP. You and your loved ones are wasting precious energy fretting about 9-11 and other world issues. Let the professionals worry about that stuff. You’ve got a mellow life to live. Now go out and live it with Holosync!

Live In-studio w/ Derek M. Johnson and Friends!
Posted By DJ Garrett on 09/28/2011 at 06:21PM
Derek M. Johnson - Thursday, September 29th, 8:00 - 11:00 PM @ Hollow Earth Radio

Derek M. Johnson will be playing live on air at Hollow Earth Radio this week on Thursday, September 29th from 8 pm to 11 pm for Derek's CD Release party. Come on by to Hollow Earth and see Derek M. Johnson perform with Serena Tideman and Foxdye.
Derek M. Johnson is a musician and visual artist from Olympia. Johnson plays the acoustic/electric cello in a non-traditional and improvisational setting. Johnson has worked with numerous musicians during his career and has appeared on several recordings. This record release is his first ever solo record with Aphonia Recordings and is a highly anticipated album. Johnson will be playing his record live at Hollow Earth. This is a must see!
Serena Tideman is from Port Townsend and is a fantastic composer and cellist. She'll be joining Johnson on one of his tunes and will be playing her solo stuff.
Foxdye is from Portland. Foxdye has made a great remix of the first track of Derek M. Johnson's debut record with lots of heavy fast beats and will be playing her solo stuff as well. Foxdye's performances involve a lot of humor and fun.
Smooth Sailing, Sex with Strangers, the Cold Ground, and Boogie Monster - Friday, September 30th, 10:00 PM @ Jewelbox Theatre, Rendezvous
Friday, September 30th, for your enjoyment, Vancouver art rockers Boogie Monster will be appearing at the intimate Jewelbox Theatre in Belltown for a sure-to-be electrifying set of epic riffs, melodic washes of squelch and feedback and an arsenal of thoughtfully deployed fills and interludes (think Bhangra meets acid jazz coupled with the odd input from a zozzled Celtic jigmeister). The duo of guitarist Ben Fussel and drummer Tony Dallas put out their debut Zechimechi in May on Vancouver-based Needs More Ram and are now touring in support of said release.
